Louisville’s most popular GrommOff is back again for it's 3rd year - a pool party at Stag Run Club!

The owners of Stag Run Club were so thrilled with our presence the past two years and we are partnering with them for an official “Belly Flop Weekend” pool party! They will also be advertising this as a chub pool party so the presence of large men will celebrated and encouraged.

They have generously offered to cook hot dogs and hamburgers in the afternoon for lunch, and if you choose to stay for an evening meal we will have a potluck to share a big meal around 6-7pm (they have fridges and a kitchen to leave/prep food).

There is a lot of info below to enhance your experience. The info below is especially important since this is not a typical bar scene meetup. The plus side is this venue is very secluded and welcoming!

While the official event is on Saturday, the owners of Stag Run Club are advertising Friday, August 15th through Sunday, August 17th as Belly Flop Weekend! Feel free to stay on-site in one of their air-conditioned rooms, or you can even choose to tent camp if that’s your thing.

The private resort & campground is only a 45-minute drive from Downtown Louisville, KY.

About:

Stag Run is a 21+ private all-male membership-only club and you must be a member to visit (See cost below).

Costs:

If this is your first time at Stag Run, you must sign a waiver and pay $20 for the season/year to be a member.

The day pass rate is an additional $20

The total cost to enter for a First-Time Visitor is $40.

Special Notes & Considerations:

Be aware that the property has a clothing-optional policy for the pool and hot tub.

Each weekend is themed, and we are lucky that Stag Run is happy to host us for “Belly Flop Weekend”.

Some lodging is available in Brandenberg, KY as well.

What to Bring Checklist:

Stag Run Club ***does NOT have food or beverage sales on-site***, however, the owners will be having a (free) cookout Saturday afternoon with hamburgers and hot dogs! Feel free to bring some stuff to grill if you are feeling generous.

This is a very community-driven environment and people usually bring large dishes to share potluck style (think cheesecake, BBQ, beans, potato salad, etc.) so if you plan on staying for dinner please bring something to share. The potluck usually happens around 6-7pm. Bagged ice is available but supplies are limited.

The small town of Brandenberg, KY (pop 2,500) is across a bridge and only 10 minutes away from the campground. If you forget something, there is a grocery store, banks/ATMs, and a few fast food places and restaurants (El Caminio’s)
