Join us on **June 22nd** for the “**Flops**” Pool Party from **12:00 PM – 7:30 PM** at a stunning, private new location in **Windham, NH**. 🏖️ Show off your **gains** and enjoy the day in a **beautiful seawater pool** with a **waterfall over a grotto** – all in a private, relaxing space away from the crowds! 🌊✨

**What’s included?**

🍹 **Open Bar** from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (21+ only)

🍕 **Pizza** for lunch + a **dinner menu** with several tasty options (more details on menu as we approach the date)

🍪 **Snacks** throughout the day (brownies, cookies, chips, etc.)

🥤 **Drinks**, including bottle water, Pepsi products, and lemonade, all day long!

**Admission: $100** per person

🔒 **Limited space available** – pay by **June 12th** to secure your spot!

There’s also a **dedicated playlist** 🎶, so feel free to submit your song requests 3 days before the event! 🎧

🚗 **Parking**: Only 8 spaces available, so carpooling is highly encouraged! Check the **Discord group** for rideshare options! 💬

**Important Notes:**

- **No lifeguard on duty** – bring a life vest if needed (pool depth: 3.5–7.5 feet).

- A **signed liability waiver** is required.

- **No refunds** within 3 days of the event.
