Our 2024 event was our best yet, and we're hoping to build on that for an even better 2025.

About 20 min from Kalamazoo between Chicago and Detroit, secluded away from prying eyes this eight THOUSAND square foot grizzly den boasts *9* bedrooms, *4* baths, and *23* beds on a private lake.

.

Everybody's favorite features - a heated indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub - are ready to accommodate your ever-widening waists... perhaps with some overflow.

.

On 10 wooded acres. Oh yeah. Giving full-on fatty factory lodge. Is your body ready?

.

Stuff your face, stuff someone else’s, float in the pool, rub a belly or many. When the inside gets a little too steamy, take it outside on the sprawling back deck. Gaze tempestuously across the turgid lake, while two tiny pictures of the campfire below roil in each of your eyes, pausing before sliding tits-deep into that hot tub. "You made it, honey." sipping something that might be nog. "It's 5-o-clock Christmas eve somewhere."

With the pool available at all hours of the day or night, semi-private lake, grill and smoker, pool table, enough sofas and beds for a small army, ample driveway parking, and hangout areas all dripping with charm, there will be plenty of room for us to expand our waistlines all weekend. Is this lux af weekend a fatty’s paradise?

Let this den of earthly delights be your escape.

When those seasonal blues hit hardest, put down TikTok, swipe left on your responsibilities, and come saunter over yonder with real men and real bellies in 3D.

SCHEDULE

We check in to our Lakefront Estate Friday, April 25 in the evening and will enjoy Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with a Monday morning departure. For simplicity’s sake, we will be doing reservations for all three nights.

RESERVATIONS

Details about rooms, meals, pricing and payment to come soon. We are able to keep the prices down and include some (most) meals by having our guests share in the cooking and cleaning. It is expected that each guest will volunteer in advance for cooking and/or cleaning duties and follow through with said duties.

Remember - these rates are for all 3 days, NOT per night.

- Available Private Rooms -

1 Private Queen Room - $450 - includes 2 people

1 King Private Suite - $550 - includes 2 people, with the option to add one more for an additional fee

.

- Other available accommodations -

6 King Beds - $350 - each bed situated in a room with another king bed. Up to 2 persons per bed included, with the option to add one more for an additional fee.

6 Queen Beds - $300 - each bed situated in a room with another queen bed. Up to two persons per bed included.

1 double beds - $150 - situated in the billiards room, 1 person per bed included.

4 twin beds (2 are rollaway beds) - $100 - situated in the bunk room, 1 person per bed included.

As always, the prices reflect the rarity of scoring a baller place with a private indoor pool and so many amenities. It sold out quickly last year, and we think you’ll agree that it’s worth it!

The hosts reserve the right to make adjustments to the accommodations depending on changes made by the owner. We pledge to be as fair and reasonable as we can in the unlikely event changes happen.

GETTING THERE

2.5 hr train ride from Chicago

2 hr drive from Detroit burbs

TRAIN

We encourage a buddy system for travelers arriving by train. Asking on the event page is a great way to secure a ride from the train--most people will have cars.

CAR

Please let us know if you are driving and how many parking spaces you need.

Special Needs

If you have special dietary (vegetarian, diabetic, allergies, sensitivities, etc.) or medical needs (CPAPs, limited mobility, etc), please include that info when you're registering.

DAYTIME GUESTS

We rent this property and must abide by the owner's rules. We have a hard limit on the number of guests at the property. Check back when we get closer to the event if you would like to drop in but not stay at the property with us.
